Laura is an organizational psychologist with a PhD trained at Harvard, Stanford, and Boston University. She has taught at Stanford since 2005. She is on McKinsey & Co.’s international faculty and has authored four books. She served as Chief Learning Officer at an early-stage startup, delivered leadership and culture programs at top companies including Meta, Fidelity Investments, and Accenture. She has taught leadership programs at Google offices worldwide.
